Ore-specific gold beneficiation

Responsible gold processing starts with a controlled test.

Every ore behaves differently. We assess JINSHEN for the intended heap-leach or CIP/CIL route, and move to operational use only after ore-specific testwork defines the operating basis.

For licensed mineral-processing operations only.

The product system

Built around the realities of the plant.

JINSHEN is evaluated as part of a complete operating system: ore, water, equipment, controls and people. The result is a practical introduction plan—not a one-size-fits-all promise.

Stable performance

A defined operating window, verified through testwork and monitored during introduction.

Easier handling

Clear site procedures for storage, preparation and dosing.

Logistics friendly

Supply and delivery planning aligned with project volume, location and schedule.

Technical support

Guidance from test planning through controlled start-up and review.

Responsible use

For licensed operators working under site controls and applicable requirements.

Application routes

Two routes. One test-led approach.

Select a route to see where the operating questions change. In both cases, representative testwork comes first.

For engineered leach pads

Heap leaching

For crushed or run-of-mine ore placed on engineered leach pads. Testwork defines the proposed reagent concentration, irrigation strategy, contact time and solution management before any site-scale introduction.

Technical support

From ore sample to stable operation.

Each gate produces the evidence needed for the next. Scale-up follows results, not assumptions.

  1. 01

    Ore review

Review available mineralogy, assays, particle-size, water-chemistry and flowsheet data.

  2. 02

    Laboratory test

Define the protocol, operating variables, measurements and decision criteria using representative samples.

  3. 03

    Pilot plan

Translate laboratory findings into a site-specific pilot protocol.

  4. 04

    Start-up

Introduce the reagent under agreed controls, qualified supervision and site safety procedures.

  5. 05

    Optimize

Review operating data, then adjust the operating window where supported by evidence.

Controlled supply

Clear documentation. Traceable delivery.

Project support connects the physical product with the handling guidance, test basis and delivery records needed at site.

  • Raw-material control

Incoming material checks and batch management.

  • Batch inspection

Inspection and retained samples for supply records.

  • Traceable delivery

    Packaging, labels and delivery coordination.

  • Technical documents

    Project-specific documents supplied as applicable.

Proof before scale-up.

For professional use only in licensed mineral-processing operations. Use under qualified technical supervision and in accordance with applicable laws, permits, site procedures and the current Safety Data Sheet. Test results are specific to the ore and test scale. No specific recovery rate or process-performance outcome is guaranteed.
